Valenzuela City – Operation Compassion Philippines, Inc. (OCP) was honored as the Best Child Placing Agency during the National Authority for Child Care – Regional Alternative Child Care Office (NACC RACCO) NCR QTTS and Partners Recognition held in Valenzuela City last December 4, 2025.

The organization received multiple distinctions for its consistent performance and commitment to child welfare. OCP was awarded for the:

  • Highest Number of Filed Petitions for 2025
  • Highest Number of Children Matched
  • Outstanding Commitment in Developing Licensed Foster Parents

In addition to these, OCP also received several certificates of nomination, recognizing its strong contribution in the following areas:

  • High number of issued Orders of Adoption and Certificates of Finality
  • Outstanding commitment in matching prospective adoptive parents
  • Presentation of cases involving prospective adoptive parents
  • Renewal of Family Foster Care Licenses and Foster Placement Authority

The organization also celebrated individual recognition for Ms. Minet Gonzales, who was awarded Best Social Worker for 2025 for her exemplary service in child welfare and alternative child care.
